Terms and Conditions for Root to Rise Leadership Retreat: November 20, 2024

GENERAL

In order to book, the participant must declare that s/he has read and agrees to the general terms and conditions
The minimum age for participation in this retreat is 18 years

PAYMENT

Full payment must be made within 30 days after receiving the invoice, but no later than 1 week in prior to the event.

CANCELLATION

If the agreement is canceled by the participant BeInc. will charge the participant the following cancellation costs:
- In case of cancellation up to 30 days in advance of the event, a full refund will be issued
- In case of cancellation from 30 to 15 days in advance of the event, 50% will be refunded
- In case of cancellation from 15 to 0 days in advance of the event, no refund will be issued

LIABILITY

BeInc. and Flow with Caitlin are not liable for injuries/illness incurred by the participant during the retreat and/or the journey to/from the retreat. The participant is responsible for his/her (physical) well-being
BeInc. and Flow with Caitlin are not liable for damage and/or loss of personal belongings during the retreat
BeInc. and Flow with Caitlin are not liable for unusual or unpredictable events; including strikes, terrorism, natural disasters, accidents by third parties, technical problems with the accommodation, fire, theft, flood and weather conditions. In the case of one/several of the above, refunds and compensation are not possible
BeInc. and Flow with Caitlin have the right to pass on any costs to the participant when the participant is responsible for damage and/or loss to the accommodation/property
BeInc. and Flow with Caitlin expect the participant to treat the property with respect and to leave it in good condition at the end of the retreat
