Learn to Teach with Confidence.
You finished your yoga teacher training. You know the basics. But when it comes to actually standing at the front of the room, it can feel like everyone else knows something you don’t.
Root to Rise helps you bridge that gap.
You’ll learn how to confidently build and sequence classes, cue with clarity, understand why you’re teaching what you’re teaching, and develop a teaching voice that feels like your own.
No more wondering if your class is “good enough.”
No more second-guessing every decision.
Just practical skills and guided support that help you trust yourself as a teacher.

YOU'RE READY TO GROW AS A TEACHER AND GIVE YOUR STUDENTS CLASSES THEY'LL KEEP COMING BACK FOR.
But.....
01 — Planning one class takes you hours. And you're still not sure even the sequence is any good.
_______________________________________
02 — You feel self-doubt at the front of the room.
Even when you've prepared, standing in front of a group makes you second-guess yourself.
_______________________________________
03 — You graduated your YTT with a lot of questions about what happens next, and no one to ask.
Your training ended, and the support ended with it.
_______________________________________
04 — You know there are gaps in your teaching, but not sure where to start or what to work on first.
So you keep taking workshops and scrolling on instagram, hoping something sticks.
THERE IS A BETTER WAY TO GROW AS A TEACHER.
IN ROOT TO RISE YOU'LL:
01 — Plan better classes in less time.
Learn a clear sequencing process so you take out the guesswork and stop spending hours on one class.
_______________________________________
02 — Use new skills in your very next class.
Every session gives you something practical to try right away.
_______________________________________
03 — Find a teaching voice that sounds like you.
Cue with clarity and stop copying direct cues you hear from other teachers.
_______________________________________
04 — Teach classes your students come back for.
Understand why you're teaching what you're teaching, so your classes feel intentional.
_______________________________________
05 — Stay supported and on track.
Have someone in your corner and a group of teachers growing alongside you.
All without feeling overwhelmed, unsure, or alone.

INTRODUCING
Root to Rise: The Yoga Teacher Mentorship Program
Six months of live mentorship, honest feedback on your real teaching, and a small group of teachers in the same chapter as you.
This is mentorship, so there are no pre-recorded modules to work through alone. You'll learn live, practice between sessions, and get feedback on the classes you're actually teaching.
It's designed around how adults build skills: learn it, practice it, get feedback, reflect, repeat.
What Changes when you get Support

HERE’S THE FIVE STEP PROCESS:
No. 1: Find your Teaching Voice
Get clear on your teaching values, why you teach, and what you want your classes to give your students. That clarity becomes your teaching voice, and it shapes every sequence, cue, and choice you make.
There are a lot of yoga teachers out there. Knowing what you stand for is what keeps you from blending in.
"Your voice is the foundation. Everything else is built on it."

No. 2: Sequence with Understanding
Learn to weave your teaching values into every sequence, so each class feels like yours. Learn how to create sequences that teach beyond the pose helps your students progress, and keeps them coming back. You'll also learn how to plan your classes faster and with much less stress in the process.
"Know what you're teaching, and why."

No. 3: Cue with Clarity and Greater Depth
Refine your language so students understand you clearly and you can deliver greater impact. You'll learn to guide through technique while still leaving room for students to explore, notice things for themselves, and go deeper into themselves.
"Say less, mean more."

No. 4: Build your Teaching Business
Learn how to approach studios, gyms, and businesses for teaching opportunities, and explore ways to teach beyond the studio and diversify your income. We'll also cover the basics of your online presence, email list, and marketing, with small steps you can start now.
"If you're a yoga teacher, you have a yoga business."

No. 5: Hold Space for Yourself and your Students
Learn to create a warm, welcoming class where students of every level feel safe and included. You'll also build the resilience a long teaching career needs: working through imposter syndrome, handling hard moments, and setting boundaries as a teacher.
"A safe space for your students starts with a steady teacher."

In their words
Here's what some of my clients are saying about the long-term benefits of mentorship!

Céline
"Through Caitlin's mentor program, I've found the confidence and courage to actually start teaching. I felt a bit lost after my teacher training and felt like there was still so much to learn before I could actually start teaching. The mentor program not only taught me so many things that weren't part of the teacher training, it also gave me the confidence to take that step and actually start teaching."

Alison
"I felt so much more confident in my sequencing! I used to dread creating sequences, and after the program, I actually enjoyed it. And it took me so much less time than it used to, thanks to your template! I had more time to work on other things in my business because I wasn't spending as much time on sequences or worrying about them."

Hey, I'm Caitlin.
I'm an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher, teacher trainer, and mentor for yoga teachers. I've trained more than 100+ new yoga teachers, taught classes and privates for 9 years, and planned hundreds of classes along the way. What I've learned is that confident teaching comes from having a clear process for the skills that matter most: finding your voice, sequencing, cueing, and knowing why you teach what you teach.
That's what I help new teachers build. I take the guesswork out of teaching, so you can stand in front of a class feeling grounded, prepared, and like yourself.
I've also lived the parts of teaching that no YTT covers. I started my own yoga group while living in East Africa, grew classes from 2 students to 35, and have organized and led sold-out retreats. Today I'm based in the Netherlands, where I teach weekly classes and privates, lead teacher trainings, and mentor new teachers around the globe. I'm also the creator and host of the Dear Yoga Teacher podcast.
