The Build a Peak Pose Sequence Challenge

Free Online 5-Day Challenge

Challenge runs daily October 5th - 9th
from 6-7pm CEST (Amsterdam time)

*recordings will be sent out if you can attend live

Imagine in under 5 days you know how to build a peak pose sequence from scratch....

that you know is good, makes sense, and will help your students to grow in their practice.

CAN I GUESS WHAT YOUR SEQUENCING PROCESS LOOKS LIKE RIGHT NOW?

01 — You know your class is coming up and you realize you haven't planned anything yet. So you sit down and stare at a blank page...hoping inspiration will strike.

_______________________________________

02 — But it doesn't come so you start scrolling on instagram for ideas because you don't really feel like you know what you're doing anyway.

_______________________________________

03 — You finally put your sequence together but you're not sure if it makes any sense, if it's any good, and if your students will like it.

_______________________________________

04 — You "get through your class" but you second guess yourself every moment.

And that is by LEARNING A SOLID STRUCTURE AND METHOD TO BUILD YOUR SEQUENCE so you can stop second guessing every decision and know for sure that it works.

AFTER THE PEAK POSE CHALLENGE...

01 — What's it going to be like when you know and understand how to build a great sequence from scratch?

_______________________________________

02 — How much easier will it be to create classes when you have a repeatable structure you can use every time?

_______________________________________

03 — How amazing will you feel when you know you created a great sequence that your students will love and will help them grow?!?

Now that you have your sequence created, you'll to learn how to modify it and progressively teach the peak pose so you can teach to every body in the room, no matter their level or ability.

DAY 4

Refine & Reflect

On day 4, we're going to talk about how to refine your sequencing process, and why having a structure in places makes you a better teacher plus keeps your students engaged.

Hey, I'm Caitlin.

I'm an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher, teacher trainer, and mentor for yoga teachers. After training 100+ new yoga teachers, teaching classes and privates for 9 years, and literally planning hundreds of classes, I have realized that sequencing doesn’t have to be complicated, if you have a clear and understandable process in place.

I’ve spent years helping new teachers take the guesswork out of teaching, and build the confidence to stand in front of a class feeling grounded and ready to go.

Over the years of teaching, I've started my own yoga group while living in East Africa, have grown smaller classes of 2 students to 35, and organized and led successful sold-out retreats. I'm based in The Netherlands where I teach weekly classes and privates, lead teacher trainings, and mentor new yoga teachers around the globe. I'm also the creator and host of the Dear Yoga Teacher podcast.
